Estate of Deceased Members
The estate of any deceased cooperative member must make an application by the appointed estates personal representative and provide to us that member's death certificate in-order to have their remaining Equity Credits paid out. Immediately upon Board Approval their estate could be paid out in the form of cash. The appointed personal representative can begin this process by contacting Debbie at 715-672-8947 or 1-800-236-7585 in our Accounts Payable Department at the Durand Business Office.
Age of 70

All qualifying members wishing to cash in their equity credits must complete an application sometime after turning 70 years of age and before the end of our fiscal year. Our fiscal year is September 1 through August 31. After the close of our fiscal year each application will be reviewed and acted upon by our Board of Directors.
Qualifying members can begin this application process by contacting Debbie at 715-672-8947 or 1-800-236-7585 in our Accounts Payable Department at the Durand Business Office. You will need to supply at least one form of proof of age (i.e. driver license, birth certificate).
